WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?
Hypnosis is usually experienced as a pleasant, relaxed state. During hypnosis, you are conscious and aware, but your attention is focused inward. You may feel deeply relaxed and in a trance-like state. Your physical body is relaxed and comfortable and your mind is open and focused. It is considered the ultimate learning state, also described as being in flow.
WHAT ISSUES IS HYPNOSIS USED FOR?
Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy used to create subconscious change in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviors, or feelings. It is used to help people overcome issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, phobias, and to create positive changes in lifestyle. WILL YOU MAKE ME DO SOMETHING WITH WHICH I AM NOT COMFORTABLE?
I could not make you do anything that you did not want to do. You are in complete control the entire time you are in hypnosis. You could get up at anytime, however hypnosis feels so good that I have never had anyone want to.
