WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?

Hypnosis is a natural state that you enter many times throughout the day. Some examples of this normal state are right before you fall asleep, right as you are beginning to wake up in the morning, and when you are driving your car and you begin to sorta zone out. It is a deep state of relaxation where you feel wonderful.

WHAT ISSUES IS HYPNOSIS USED FOR?

Hypnosis is used to treat a wide variety of issues. Some of them are building up self-confidence, quitting smoking, weight loss, reducing anxiety, fears and phobias, insomnia, healing from traumas, PTSD, easing depression, habit control, and many many more. Some of the benefits are that it is a non pharmaceutical, non invasive treatment.

WILL YOU MAKE ME DO SOMETHING WITH WHICH I AM NOT COMFORTABLE?

I could not make you do anything that you did not want to do. You are in complete control the entire time you are in hypnosis. You could get up at anytime, however hypnosis feels so good that I have never had anyone want to.
