As a Certified Hypnotherapist, Master Hypnotist, Level Two QHHT® Practitioner, Life Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and Speaker I help others connect with their inner resources to transform their lives.

I have always felt a deep calling to help uplift others and create a happier, kinder world that I think is at the heart of everyone.

I have found through my own personal challenges that health and a joyful life come when we honor and heal the mind, body, and spirit.

My thirst for knowledge has led me to study at Hypnosis Motivation Institute, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy, with David Key Transformation Life Coach, and Lisa Campion Reiki Master and Master Intuitive. 

Personally I feel it is in my core to always Expand, and evolve. Allowing myself the grace to grow without restricting myself to what I am today.  Currently I am continuing my education through the American Hypnosis Association and working towards the highly coveted Level Three QHHT® Practitioner. 

I am very passionate about this work because I believe that we are meant to live abundant, joyful lives and that hypnosis is one of the most powerful tools that we have to access the areas of our mind that have remained elusive to us in our conscious outer awake lives.
